Dad's Birthday Weekend
We made the rounds on Thanksgiving, visiting John's family in Hutchinson before traveling to the lake for Dad's birthday. John made venison one night ("Tandeeri" or venison marinated in a yogurt sauce with Indian spices--it may not sound that appetizing, but it is really delicious). Have I mentioned how nice it is being married to a great cook?
