Paul is following in his daddy's footsteps and is now walking at the tender age of 10 months. He has gained a tremendous amount of confidence the past couple of days, and can stand steadily and take many steps on his own. I was in the kitchen this morning and was quite surprised to see Paul walking out of his room. It is all I can do to keep from running across the room and hovering over him to catch him if he falls. Falling is part of walking, I guess, and you can't protect your kids from everything. But I do wish he would just stick to practicing on the carpet.

That is absolutely amazing as just two days ago he was only taking three steps at a time. And now, he is walking across rooms!!!!
Welcome to the world of parenting a Toddler! I never really understood what that meant until I lived through it.
Very impressive. My girls did not walk until right at 16 months. It was nice but at the same time you get tired of carrying them! Plus they wear themselves out much quicker walking.
WOW!
Next comes running I think and trying to catch up with him!
It's hard to believe 10 months has passed so quickly.
