To answer your question, Allison, yes, Paul's lovey is his flipper (when he's happy)...and his blanket (when he's not)...and his teddy bear (when he's sleepy). Given that at his last doctor appt., nurses kept coming in to see the "little boy with the spatula", I'm guessing most kids don't get so attached to kitchen utensils.
