Lilia says, "What is she eating? Auntie Beth should give her some ice cream."
We also had to watch the videos of Nora listening to the wolf pack and Nora playing with the ball . . .
As to when we'll get a dog. Hmm. Maybe at the point when I think, hey, my sleep is getting too good! I need some more interruptions in my life!! And still more things to take care of!! And when I decide I want more laundry to do!!!!
Well, taking care of a dog is all relative. Nora puts herself to bed at around 10:00 every evening and sleeps until 8:00 a.m. when she gets hungry and needs to go out. On weekends, we let her out and feed her and then go back to bed (yes, I realize those days are numbered which is why we have to take advantage now).
As far as interruptions and things to take care of, well, yes, a dog does need exercise and attention. But that's what kids are for when they are old enough, right?
And I'm not quite sure how a dog can make more laundry, although they sure do like sleeping in laundry piles...
