We are experiencing -20 F windchills today, so I put Nora's dog booties on so she could go out with John as he shoveled snow. You can see how funny she walks with them on:
Here's another picture of Nora (and John) for my niece Johanna:
Reilly used to have dog booties, as when we moved into our old house, it was nothing but red Carolina clay, and she would get it caked in her paws. She would walk the exact same way inside, but once you got her outside in them, she thought she was Wonder Dog in the booties! She would go crazy in the backyard!! Sometimes we would put her in them just to get a good laugh!
Harriett has the same feelings about doggie booties. We try to tell her that it is for her own good, but she doesn't go for it!! Harriett really wants to meet Nora someday...
Wicklow used to crack us up when we put his booties on. He'd lift one foot then the other, but once out on the cross country ski trails he forgot all about them! And the booties certainly saved his paws from freezing up with snow and ice.

She walks like a Lippanzaner horse! We really chuckled - thanks for taking the video!

It certainly is good for a laugh though!
